HOW TO RESERVE A PUPPY

**AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2017 IL SALES TAX (7.25%) WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS**

A deposit of $200 (plus tax) is required to hold the puppy of choice.  Puppies are reserved on a first deposit received basis.  If your deposit is not received within 5 business days, the puppy will no longer be held for the buyer. 

 

Check is OK for deposit ($30 charge if check is returned).  Deposits and/or remaining balance can be made by Venmo (small fee).  Balance is due upon possession of puppy.
